PURPOSE: A fastening structure of a mounting bracket for an OTR(Over The Range) is provided to connect a mounting bracket to an outer casing of an OTR by simple working processes. CONSTITUTION: A fastening structure of a mounting bracket consists of: a mounting bracket having connecting holes(16a,16b) at the center; a couple of guide slits(24a) accepting both sides of the mounting bracket without any clearance; a lower guide slit(22) accepting the lower end of the mounting bracket; and an outer casing(20) having connecting protrusions(26a,26b) integral with the connecting holes. The mounting bracket is pushed down near the outer casing. In the mounting bracket, a lower end(12) is inserted into the lower guide slit while both corners(14a,14b) are fitted into the guide slits. The connecting protrusions of the outer casing are coupled to the connecting hole of the mounting bracket. Thereby, the mounting bracket is fixed to the outer casing firmly. The mounting bracket is used for installing an OTR on a wall.
