<p>PURPOSE: A running gear slip prevention device and the method thereof prevent the reverse movement of a vehicle on climbing by perceiving the advance or reverse movement of an automatic transmission vehicle. CONSTITUTION: Eccentric perceiving grooves(28) are formed on the surfaces of magnetic gear teeth(26) of an output gear(24) mounted on an output shaft(22) of a vehicle having an automatic transmission for a magnetic sensor(30) to perceive the grooves(28). The rearward slip of a vehicle is prevented by the improvement of a clipper performance on a hill-side road. The vehicle is not slipped without using a brake if in a "D" range. Thus, on developing an engine, a noise, a vibration, a rigidity, etc., which are conflicting with each other are not generated, thereby improving the efficiency of developing.</p> |
