PURPOSE: A system and a method for a coupon-typed payment of small amount is provided to enhance an anonymity, a security, a portability and an interactivity. CONSTITUTION: A coupon issuing unit(100) inserts ID information and money information in a coupon and issues the coupon to a user. The coupon issuing unit(100) outputs the issued ID information and the issued money information to a paying managing unit(300) through the Internet network or a POS network. A service providing unit(200) reads the ID information from the issued coupon and confirms a certification or not and provides the corresponding service to a user in the case that a small amount is paid through the coupon issued from the coupon issuing unit(100). A paying managing unit(300) registers and stores the information in a DB for storing money information according to a coupon ID by providing the ID information and the money information from the coupon issuing unit(100). The paying managing unit(300) checks the stored ID information and provides the certification or not to the service providing unit(200) in the case that the service providing unit(200) requests a searching of ID information. The paying managing unit(300) provides a permission or not of the corresponding purchase by checking the balance information of the corresponding coupon in the case that buying requesting money information is inputted. |
