PURPOSE: A floating apparatus for capturing a toy and a toy provided with the floating apparatus are provided to reuse beverage vessels such as polyethylene terephthalate made vessels. CONSTITUTION: The floating typed apparatus(10) for capturing a toy(A) such as a beverage vessel is comprised of a floating body(11), a balance member(12) mounted on the lower part of the floating body for maintaining the floating body in standing state, and a capturing leg(14) hinged to the lower part of the balance member. The floating body has an air chamber for allowing the floating body to be floated in water(30), and a drilled penetrating hole for allowing the floating body to be raised and lowered according to the incoming and outgoing of the water.
