PURPOSE: An apparatus for inspecting knit fabrics comprising two inspecting plates by which both faces of knit fabrics are inspected simultaneously and a device for guiding the movement of the knit fabric by which knit fabrics can be moved quickly is provided, which makes it possible to perform an effective inspection. CONSTITUTION: In disposing an inspecting plate(2) equipped with a rolling bar(3) for moving a winding raw fabric(50) and an illuminator at a body(1), a discharge supporting plate(4) connected to a crank plate(5), a plurality of guide rollers(8) and supporting rollers(7) disposed between the inspecting plate and discharge supporting plate, two inspecting plates are installed in front of the body, a guide apparatus(30) comprising a supporting plate, a hemispherical guide roller and a fabric separating ring is disposed in front of each inspecting plate and a guide roller(9) is disposed at the rear of the inspecting plate.
