PURPOSE: A clip improves installation workability thereof and prevents noise. CONSTITUTION: A clip has engaging pieces(13) formed by bending parts of the body thereof inwardly on the lower end thereof to be inserted and fixed to a car body panel(100) and two C-shaped hooking pieces(14) formed by extending the upper end thereof upwardly parallel with a bent groove part(12) and directed downward to be hooked and fixed to the car body panel(100). The engaging pieces(14) are formed by cutting parts of the body of the clip and bending the parts horizontally to be parallel with each other. Wedge-shaped protrusions(15) are formed on the engaging pieces(13) and the hooking pieces(14).
