PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that parts such as a battery holder, a light electrical wiring material or the like are required in a conventional water cleaner having a function for storing and/or displaying an integrated flow rate value in order to attach and detach (replace) a battery and not only an electronic control system but also a waterproof (corrosion) measure including the above mentioned parts/battery are required on the side of a projector (manufacturer) and the positive and negative poles of the battery are mistaken and a care is also required on the side of a user (consumer) in order to prevent the mis- drinking due to the mischief of children. SOLUTION: By housing a battery in an electronic control system easy in waterproof measure, a corrosion problem of a battery or a mis-drinking problem is solved and parts such as a battery holder, a light electrical wiring material or the like are dispensed with and the assembling of a water cleaner is also made easy. As a result, an inexpensive water cleaner is provided. The attachment and detachment of the electronic control system is easier than that of the battery.
