PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air massage machine capable of obtaining selectively or both pressing stimulation and vibrational stimulation for pressing and relaxing the lower limbs. SOLUTION: This air massage machine is provided with a massage tool body 22, a vibrator 23, air bags 15a, 15b, 16a, 16b and an air supply-exhaust device. The body 22 forms a pair of therapeutic recessed parts 12d, 12e capable of housing the lower limbs of a user so as to be individually taken in and out by opening an upper surface and the front and rear both ends. The air bags are respectively installed on both side surfaces of both therapeutic recessed parts, and air is supplied to and exhausted from the respective air bags by the air supply-exhaust device communicating with these air bags. The respective air bags 15a, 15b, 16a, 16b give a pressing air massage by pressing and relaxing the lower limbs in the therapeutic recessed parts from the side by the simultaneous expansion and contraction. A vibrational massage is performed by imparting vibrational stimulation to the lower limbs in the therapeutic recessed parts by driving of the vibrator 23 built in the body. The massage can be given by these both stimulation.
