PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a harvester designed to pull off root vegetable crop while digging up underground parts by the action of a digger so as not to unnecessarily ruin ridges by the digger. SOLUTION: This harvester is so designed that below the front end side of a carrier (22) for nipping the stems/leaves (16a) of a root vegetable crop (16) and carrying them backwardly upward to pull the crop off the ground, a digger is set up to help pull the crop (16) off the ground; wherein the digger consists of a pair of left and right vibratory blades (23) having longitudinal arms (23a) mounted on the respective frames (11) so as to be swingable back and forth and horizontal blades (23b) adjacently set up to the respective lower parts of the longitudinal arms (23a) and intended for advancement in a horizontally laid condition in the ground under the crop (16), and midway of the longitudinal arms (23a), bent parts (93) are provided respectively so as to put the lower part of each of the longitudinal arms (23a) inward compared with the upper part.
