PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the exact clamping of a second plate member especially among two and more members securing a big clamping strength, even if the clamping process is conducted in a narrow and limited domain. SOLUTION: After a peripheral part of a processing hole 1A of a first plate member 1 is expanded and hugged to a clamping hole of a second plate member 2 at a straight part 5A of a punch 5, an expanded part 5B is pushed into the further outer peripheral part of the processing hole 1A. The outer peripheral part of the processing hole 1A to which the expanded part 5B of the first plate member 1 is pushed in is bent. The bent part is hugged to an internal periphery of the clamping holes 2A, 3A of the second plate members 2, 3. Then the first plate member 1 and the second plate member, at least not less than one members 2, 3 are unitedly clamped.
