A printing form for use in the screen-printing of substrates comprises a support with continuous openings which are separated by dykes, and a machine-readable identification means, comprising a code which is unique to the printing form. According to the invention, the machine-readable identification means comprises an integrated circuit, for example a chip, or a magnetizable material, such as a magnetic strip, in which the code which is unique to the printing form, such as production information and/or product properties, is present. It is thus possible to significantly increase the recognizability of the printing form. |
