SOLUTION: This KAKIAGE manufacturing device 100 is provided with an oil tub 5 filled with oil for tempura and provided with a means 3 for heating the oil, a partition wall 7 arranged at a fixed depth from the upper surface of the oil in the oil tub and having through holes 7A to prevent the falling of the mixture K1 of the KAKIAGE materials K and the water solution of tempura powder 10 thrown into the oil, and a cylindrical diffusion preventing body 9 for preventing the diffusion of the mixture K1 of the KAKIAGE materials K and the water solution of the tempura powder 10 thrown into the oil. Thus, the ingredients of the KAKIAGE are finished standing in a vertical direction. |
