PURPOSE: A method of processing duplicated data for a transaction process in a DBMS(Database Management System) with a main memory resident type is provided to make it easy to cancel transaction of duplicated-data modification, control consistency of the duplicated data quickly and correctly. CONSTITUTION: A request for controlling the consistency of the duplicated data is received(S301). It is determined whether a duplicated-data manager can process data currently(S302). Modification information for controlling the consistency thereof is received from the transaction manager(S303). The modification information is stored in a buffer(S304). A log of modified details is written while a database of a server processor is modified(S305). If a verification of stored modified information is completed successfully(S306), the process completion status value of the modified information is sent to the transaction manager(S307). The consistency control of the duplicated data is performed(S308). If an error occurs while the modified information is verified(S306), a database state is recovered to a state before the modification(S309). A status value of the modified information process is sent to the transaction manager(S310). |
