PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover tape having uniform antistatic properties. SOLUTION: An easy peel film wherein surface resistivity is 1×107-1×1012Ω/(square) and the irregulality of surface resistivity is reduced so that a difference between the maximum and minimum values of the logarithm of surface resistivity is 2 or less can be obtained by setting the wettability index of the surface of a heat sealing layer to 400μN/cm or more and applying an antistatic agent to the surface of the heat sealing layer. This easy peel film can be suitably used as a cover tape for packing an electronic part, especially as a cover tape for a carrier tape.
