PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an operation feeling, and to sharply reduce work load of seat installing onto upper rails. SOLUTION: While left and right respective upper rails 1 are provided with positioning releasing levers 4 for releasing a positioning state by a positioning piece by being actuated by being pressed, a seat leg 5A is provided with push levers 56 for pressing the respective left and right positioning releasing levers 4 and a transmission mechanism of transmitting operation force of an operation lever 7 on a rotary board 6 to the respective push levers 56 regardless of a positional movement of the operation lever 7. The transmission mechanism is composed of an operation piece 73 being projected on the operation lever 7 and having the tip positioned on the axis of the rotary board 5, a wire 59 relatively rotatably connected to the tip of the operation piece 73 and extending on the axis, a transmission lever 57 being connected to the wire 59 and distributing the operation force to the respective push levers 56 and a driving shaft 54.
