PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a thermoplastic resin composition excellent in chemical resistance, flame retardancy, fatigue strength, impact strength, plane impact strength and the like, and comprising an aromatic polycarbonate resin and an aromatic polyester resin. SOLUTION: This thermoplastic resin composition comprises 100 pts.wt. total of 35-95 wt.% aromatic polycarbonate resin (component A) and 65-5 wt.% aromatic polyester resin (component B), 0.3-20 pts.wt. block copolymer (component C) having a polyester block (component C-1) and an aromatic vinyl- hydrogenated conjugate diene-type block (component C-2), 1-20 pts.wt. at least one kind of a block copolymer (component D) selected from an aromatic vinyl- conjugated diene block copolymer substantially different from the component C-2, and a partially hydrogenated aromatic vinyl-conjugate diene block copolymer substantially different from the component C-2, and 1-30 pts.wt. phosphorus- based flame-retardant.
