PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a sterilizing HEPA filter built in an air supply port and an exhaust port of air conditioning air whose fumigation gas leads to the inside of a room so as to be completely sterilizable by the fumigation gas when sterilizing an anatomizing room by fumigation of a medicine. SOLUTION: In this anatomizing room having a fully outside air type air conditioning equipment for exhausting outside air outside through an exhaust duct from an exhaust port 13 with built-in sterilizing filter by supplying the outside air taken in through an air conditioner 5 to an anatomizing room 1 from an air supply port 8 for housing a sterilizing HEPA filter 7 through an air supply duct 6, a gas circulating duct 17 having a closing damper 17a and an air blowing fan 17b is connected between the air supply duct and the exhaust duct, closing dampers 6a, 14a are respectively provided in the air supply and exhaust ducts, fumigation gas of a sterilizing medicine burnt in the room at sterilizing processing time of the anatomizing room is circulated and ventilated in the room through the gas circulating duct, and the fumigation gas is made to flow to the air supply port and the exhaust port to completely sterilize the HEPA filter.
