PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve rigidity of a bending place, and improve durability. SOLUTION: This frame is provided with a single core material 17 penetrating through a bending place 12 and sleeves 18 to 20 rotatably fitted in the core material 17, a vertical pipe 2a of a back part is fixed to the sleeve 18, a vertical pipe 3a of a waist part is fixed to the sleeve 19, and a vertical pipe 6a of an armrest part is fixed to the sleeve 20 so that the back part, the waist part and the armrest part can be bent.
