PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve design property by omitting a conventional parting material so as to reduce the size of the face side part of the outer periphery of a housing rack. SOLUTION: An opening part 2 for fitting the housing rack 5 is provided at a wall panel 1 obtained by fitting a frame member 3 on the rear surface of a face plate 4. An end face 4a on the side of the part 2 of the plate 4 and an end face 3a on the side of the part 2 of the member 3 are arranged to be nearly flush. The side surface part 5a of the rack 5 fitted in the part 2 is fixed to the member 3 with a machine screw 6.
