PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metallic holder enabling a fishhook to be fixedly held through firmly magnetically holding the fishhook thereto. SOLUTION: In this holder, a permanent magnet 5 is held inside a metallic case composed of an upper case 6 and a lower case 7 to transmit the magnetically attracting force of the permanent magnet 5 to the metallic case, and a fishhook 1 is subjected to magnetically attracting action on the surface of the metallic case, thereby enabling the objective holder of great magnetically attracting force to be afforded at a low cost using a minimal quantity of the permanent magnet.
