PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal insulating pallet container cover for covering a container of the pallet container and further capable of keeping a temperature of the container at a predetermined temperature. SOLUTION: This pallet container cover 10 is a thermal insulating pallet container cover for covering a container of pallet container, This cover is comprised of an upper surface cover 12; first two cover segments 16A, 16B each of which extends outwardly from the two opposing long sides 14 of the upper surface cover 12 only by a substantial same length L as a height of the container, respectively; and second two side surface cover segments 20A, 20B each of which extends from the two opposing short sides 18 of the upper surface cover 12 only by a substantial same length L as a height of the container, respectively. As a connecting means, each of the first side surface cover and the second side surface cover is comprised of a first overlapping segment 22 and a first overlapping region 24, and magic tape fasteners 26 are fixed to the rear surface of the first overlapping margin 22 and the first overlapping region 24.
