PURPOSE: A bushless locker arm assembly and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve work process by using special heat treatment of a locker arm. CONSTITUTION: A bushless locker arm assembly includes a locker arm(11). A nitrocarburized compound layer including epsilon-Fe3N, gamma-Fe4N AND alpha-Fe having a hexagonal close packed lattice structure is formed at an inner wall of a coupling hole(11c), into which a locker arm shaft is inserted, by a thickness about 0.012mm - 0.030mm, thereby enabling a locker arm to have a function of a bush. An adjusting screw is screw-coupled into an adjusting screw coupling hole formed in the locker arm(11). The adjusting screw makes contact with an upper end of a push rod.
