PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent noises due to drain in a drain pipeline. SOLUTION: Nine guide vanes 4 are formed at the nine positions of angles, in the circumferential direction of the inner circumferential surface 6a of the socket 3 for connecting the drain pipe at an angle (a) with respect to a vertical axis 5. The guide vanes 4 capture a drain which is made to flow in from the upper sections and impart rotational torque to drain, and make the drain flow out, turning drain along the inner circumferential surface of the socket 3. Accordingly, since drain is formed into an approximately laminar flow and made to flow to a downstream, noises will not be generated.
