PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration-control structure for a bolt joint part, where a spring member is easily assembled at a prescribed position related to a bolt and pressure-welded board. SOLUTION: Between webs 10a and 11a of two steel frame members 10 and 11 which are jointed together, splice plates 14 are arranged from both sides. Each plate 14 is integrally fitted to the steel frame member 10 with a high strength bolt 21 while being fitted for relative movement to the steel frame member 11, through a slot 19 using a high strength bolt 20. A hollow cylinder part 24a, inserted as a spacer between the bolt 20 and a spring member 22, is integrally formed at a washer 24 attached around the bolt 20, together with the spring member 22.
