CORROSION INHIBITOR FOR PICKLING, CLEANING SOLUTION COMPOSITION CONTAINING THE INHIBITOR AND METAL SURFACE CLEANING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corrosion inhibitor for pickling by which the corrosion of a metal base is effectively inhibited, and the metal surface is sufficiently cleaned, a cleaning solution composition containing the inhibitor and a method for cleaning the metal surface. SOLUTION: The corrosion inhibitor for pickling soluble in water or acid and containing a polyamine compound (except melamine) having a melamine skeleton shown by formula I or >=1 kind of the salt is provided. The cleaning solution composition contains 0.1-50,000 mg of the inhibitor per 1 l of the picking solution. The metal surface cleaning method comprising spraying the cleaning solution composition on the surface of a metal or dipping the metal in the cleaning solution composition is provided.
