PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screw driver device for adjustment, capable of correcting an inserting position relative to a deviation from the mounting position of a part to be adjusted and facilitating change of working tools such as an adjusting bit, a hand, and a screw tightening tool. SOLUTION: This screw driver device for adjustment consists of a rotating shaft member rotated by a rotation driving means, an adjusting means 18 comprising the adjusting bit 12, a joint constituted of an elastic means comprising coil spring 15 fitted between the rotating shaft member and the adjusting means 18 and a universal joint 13, and a base 4 with guide, wherein the adjusting means 18 is formed so as to be changeable and a centering mechanism is mounted between the elastic means and the adjusting means.
