PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an aqueous liquid cleaning agent excellent in foaming power and rinsing property and stable even at a lower temperature. SOLUTION: This aqueous liquid cleaning agent comprises (A) an anionic surfactant, (B) a glyceryl ether having an 8-12C alkyl group and (C) one or more kinds among compounds represented by formulae (1) to (3) [wherein Rs are each an 8-12C hydrocarbon group; one of X and Y is hydroxyl group and the other is OR, formula (4) or formula (5); and Z and W are each hydroxyl group or OR].
