PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eyelash-curling tool that accurately pinches eyelashes at a prescribed position, and satisfactorily curls the eyelashes. SOLUTION: A control part 10 that limits the maximum opening width between a pair of pinch parts 7 is provided, and is equipped with a stopper that is brought into contact with at least one movement member in the open and close movement region of a movement member 2 for obstructing movement to the open side. The stopper being arranged at the open side is brought into contact with one movement member for opening and moving the open and close movement region from the open side. A shaft part 3 is inserted into a through hole being formed at the control part for fitting the control part to the shaft part. A curvature part 19 being curved to the outside is formed in an operating lever 5 of a movement member. When eyelashes are pinched at pinching parts approaching each other, an open region 20 for viewing an object such as the eyelashes is formed between opposite operating levers.
