PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of reactivating a catalyst which can solve the problem of lowering in the activity of the catalyst in manufacturing polyoxyalkyleneamines. SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing polyoxyalkyleneamines from a terminal hydroxyl group-containing polyoxyalkylene with the use of a catalyst and ammonia comprises bringing a fluid containing only not more than 0.002 mole terminal group-containing polyoxyalkylene per mole ammonia into contact with the catalyst.
