<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compressed air dehumidifier for eliminating the necessity of inspections and maintenance of the flow rate measuring means and to enhance the treating capability and dehumidification efficiency while reducing the manufacturing cost thereof. SOLUTION: In the compressed air dehumidifier 1 carrying out a specified treatment in accordance with the measured flow rate, wherein the equipment is provided with a heat exchanger 2 exhausting the compressed air dehumidified from a gas exhausting port 2b by cooling the compressed air introduced from a gas introduction port 2a at an evaporator 21 in a refrigeration cycle 3 to condense the water content in the compressed air, and the flow rate measuring means arranged at the heat exchanger 2 for measuring the flow rate of the compressed air, the flow rate measuring means is provided with a differential pressure measuring means PS which measures the differential pressure between the pressure of the compressed air at the gas introduction port 2a and the pressure at the gas exhausting port 2b, and a flow rate operating part 4 which operates the flow rate of the compressed air in accordance with the measured differential pressure and the gas flow channel average sectional area of the heat exchanger 2.</p> |
