<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a sulfonated product or sulfated product, by which a mist generated in the production process can efficiently be recovered to improve workability and productivity, and to provide a device therefor. SOLUTION: This production device A is provided with a separation device 2 for subjecting the reaction product of SO3 gas with an organic compound to a gas-liquid separation treatment, a collection device 3 for supplying a spray liquid L3 to the separated gas G1 separated from the separation device 2 to collect the mist contained in the separated gas G1 as a collected liquid L2, a physical property-measuring device 13 for measuring the physical properties of the collected liquid L2, and a controller 20 for switching a place for supplying the collected liquid L2 on the basis of the measurement results of the physical property-measuring device 13.</p> |
