PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To particularly temporarily fasten a part to a trimming material in an installing device for installing, for example, an automobile part such as an assist grip on a car body side panel together with the trimming material such as a head lining. SOLUTION: This installing device 10 is provided with a grommet 50 and a pin 60. The grommet 50 is provided with a collar part 70, a cylindrical part 80, an inserting hole 90, elastic claws 81 to 82 and a temporarily fastening part 100. The elastic claws 81 to 82 elastically project outward from an inserting hole 31 to hold a panel 40 between the elastic claws and the collar part 70. The temporarily fastening part 100 overhangs from the middle of the height of the cylindrical part 80 to hold a trimming material 31 between the part 100 and the collar part 70. The pin 60 is provided with a head part 61 and a leg part 62. The leg part 62 extends from the head part 61 to be inserted into the inserting hole 90 to check the elastic claws 81 to 82 deflecting toward the inserting hole 90.
