PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve disadvantages of having many problems in existing methods for producing a porous material having difficulty in controlling a pore size, spending much energy for producing the porous material because of finally requiring a baking step therein, generating volatile organic compounds, involving a danger in treatment of high temperature melts, requiring previously preparing a microporous forming material so as to be underμm order because of producing the porous material having a pore of which the diameter is underμm order, etc., and therefore having difficulty in simply producing the porous material. SOLUTION: A solventless thermosetting resin, a curing agent therefor and a water-soluble polyalkylene oxides and polyalkylene glycols compatible therewith are mixed to cure and eluted by hot water. The open-cell porous material composite with the relatively small pore having <=10μm to nm unit diameter can be formed by the above simple method. |
