PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a concrete for a cold district, excellent in resistance to freezing and melting without damaging other durability such as neutralization. SOLUTION: This concrete for the cold district consists of a formulation comprising at least a cement, a pozzolanic fine powder, an aggregate having <=2 mm particle diameter, water and a water reducing agent. Preferably, the concrete for the cold district contains a metallic fiber, an organic fiber, fibrous particles and/or flaky particles besides the before concrete. |
