PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling-planting device which is equipped with one or more supply devices, can supply an agrochemical to seedlings on a seedling carriage, can simultaneously plant the seedlings, can supply the agrochemical to the seedlings in seedling-loading portions with the smaller number of the supply devices than the number of the seedling-loading portions of the seedling carriage, and can easily load or unload the seedlings on the seedling carriage. SOLUTION: One or more supply devices 30 for dropping an agrochemical on a seedling carriage 14 are slidably supported on a guide rail 27. An endless turnable chain 43 rotatably supported on a guide rail 27 is driven with a motor 44, and the supply devices 30 are moved along the guide rail 27 so that the supply devices 30 are laterally relatively moved to the seedling carriage 14. One end of the guide rail 27 is rotatably connected to a support 26, and the guide rail 27 can be swung and switched into a guide posture or an opened posture more separated from the seedling carriage 14 than in the guide posture.
