PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the thickness of a zone formed with patterns by Raschel lace without unreasonableness. SOLUTION: This warp knit fabric is obtained by forming a base texture by knitting-in weft yarns 2 of plural wales X's formed by knitting a warp yarn 1 with a chain stitch each other, forming patterns by knitting-in a pattern yarn 3 parallel to the weft yarns 2 of the base texture, and knitting-in an elastic thickness-supplementing yarn 5 to the rear surface side of the pattern yarn 3 in a stretched state to increase the thickness of the patterns by effecting a power from the thickness-supplementing yarn toward the pattern yarn 3.
