PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pachinko ball lifting device for smoothly introducing pachinko balls. SOLUTION: This pachinko ball lifting device is provided with a rotary columnar body, an introduction means 7 for introducing the pachinko balls to a helical groove, a rolling slope 57 for rolling and supplying the pachinko balls to the introduction means and a supply number adjustment plate 75 for adjusting the supply number of the pachinko balls to the introduction means. The rolling slope is provided with an upstream slope 65 positioned on an upstream side and a downstream slope 69 positioned on a downstream side at a level different from the upstream slope. The lower end part of the supply number adjustment plate is disposed in the upper area of the downstream slope and at a position to be exposed to the collision of the pachinko balls rolling and falling on the upstream slope and a clearance between the lower end of the supply number adjustment plate and the downstream slope is set to such a dimension that one pachinko ball can be passed through.
