PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently attach and detach a ball supply member for rolling and introducing pachinko balls. SOLUTION: This pachinko ball lifting device (1) is provided with a columnar body (11) where a helical groove (13) is formed on an outer surface, a columnar body rotation means (9) for rotating the columnar body (11), an outer cylinder (5) for at Least partially surrounding the columnar body (11) and an introduction means (7) provided with the ball supply member (51) arranged around the lower end part of the columnar body (11) for introducing the pachinko balls to the helical groove (13) where a rolling slope (57) inclined downwards to the lower end part of the columnar body (11) is formed on an upper surface. Then, the ball supply member (51) is constituted of plural member constituting pieces (53, 54, 55, 56, 63, 65, 67, 69 and 71). Thus, since it is attached and detached for the respective member constituting pieces (53, 54, 55, 56, 63, 65, 67, 69 and 71), efficiency is improved compared with the case of being integrally constituted.
