<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method and a manufacturing apparatus for metal particles which can efficiently manufacture the fine metal particles of a predetermined size with higher accuracy. SOLUTION: A measuring unit 100 is provided on an upper portion of a perpendicularly disposed oil container 101, and a molten metal M1 to be discharged from the measuring unit 100 is solidified in a liquid 102 to form the fine metal particles. One or a plurality of cooling and heating means is disposed below the measuring unit 100 to cool a lower portion of the liquid container 101. The cooling means comprises a cooling pipe or a cooling jacket wound around the liquid container 101 below the measuring unit 100, and heating coils 106 and 107 disposed on a lower portion thereof. The appropriate temperature distribution along the vertical direction of the liquid container 101 is stably ensured, and the molten metal M1 can be solidified into particles in the cooling process.</p> |
