<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a hose which is highly flexible and is of superb strength and durability while it is lightweight as intended to be. SOLUTION: This method for manufacturing a flexible hose is characterized in that first, core materials 3, 4 extruded from a core material extruder 5 are wound helically around a driven rotor K to be rotated horizontally or almost horizontally around an axial center and wind a striplike hose body part 2 extruded from a hose body part extruder 6 around the core materials 3, 4 wound around the driven rotor K to form a core material-incorporated hose.</p> |
