PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piece of trousers with a piece of innerwear, having a simple structure, capable of being stably provided with a piece of detachable and cold-protective innerwear through a strong joining force. SOLUTION: This piece of trousers comprises a trouser body 12 and a piece of innerwear 34 positioned inside the trouser body 12 and capable of being detachably set on the trouser body 12 at a waist part 16 thereof, wherein a first Hook-and-Loop fastener 24 and an engagement member 26 set on the first Hook-and-Loop fastener are each provided on the inner face of the trouser body 12, a second Hook-and-Loop fastener 46 which is to be engaged on the first Hook-and-Loop fastener 24 at the position lying against the first Hook-and- Loop fastener 24, and a member 48 to be engaged which lies against the engagement member 26 and is to be hooked on the engagement member 26, are each provided on the face of the trouser body 12 on the piece of the innerwear 34.
