PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely prevent the generation of the defects of coating caused by the entrainment of air at the time of dipping a balcony frame into an electrodeposition coating material and executing electrodeposition. SOLUTION: At the time of electrodepositing a balcony frame 1, the balcony frame 1 is dipped into an electrodeposition coating material C in a state of being tilted at a fixed angle. In this case, even when air is entrained into the balcony frame 1, the air flows out from the butted part of a web in a longitudinal frame and a web in a horizontal frame composing the balcony frame by which the generation of the defects of coating caused by the entrainment of air can be prevented.
