PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cationically polymerizable coloring composition which has good dispersibility of a color pigment, excellent flowability, color development, and curability and does not cause defects of a coated film when coated on a substrate. SOLUTION: The cationically polymerizable coloring composition comprises (A) a cationically polymerizable binder component containing a specific oxetane compound (a) which is an adduct of a hydroxyl group-containing oxetane to a vinyl ether compound, (B) a cationic polymerization initiator which initiates polymerization by photo-irradiation or heating, and (C) a color pigment.
