PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emulsified cosmetic which can form a stabilized emulsified product without using a synthetic surfactant and is suitable for highly safe cosmetic cream and emulsified liquid. SOLUTION: This emulsified cosmetic comprises an aqueous solution of N-succinylchitosan, a fatty acid ester being in a liquid state at normal temperature and an aqueous solution of an alkali-neutralized salt of a carboxyvinyl polymer, and does not contain any synthetic surfactant.
