PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag-in-box fabricating member comprising a mount- equipped inner bag wherewith works can be executed easily for putting an inner bag in an outer case in a proper position, applying a hermetical heat- sealing on a fabricating line to an opening of the inner bag put in the outer case with contents housed therein, agitating the contents at the time of use with the contents being housed in a fabricated bag-in-box and scraping out residual contents with a spatula or the like after the greater part of the highly viscous contents are discharged at a site, and a function and an effectiveness accommodative to a type having an spout are ensured, and also to provide a bag-in-box fabricated of such member. SOLUTION: The bag-in-box fabricating member is composed of an inner bag 1 which has a bottom face when being folded up and becomes a square tubular shape having a square bottom when being fabricated and a paper mount 2 adhesively stuck to the outer bottom face of the inner bag 1. The paper mount 2 is desirable to be formed in a structure having a center piece and side pieces connected to both of the right and left sides of the center piece.
