PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an auto-slide door control device capable of smoothly transferring a movement of a slide door from a manual operation to an electric operation without causing a cost up. SOLUTION: In the case where a door speed calculated from an input pulse at the time of a slide door manual operation is not more than a determined lower limit value (S6), after a driving motor is rotated at low speed (S7), a clutch 28 is connected and a driving force of the driving motor is transmitted to a transferring mechanism of the slide door (S8). A step is transferred to a constant speed DUTY control in which the driving motor is rotated such that the door speed becomes constant (S9). In the case where the door speed exceeds the determined lower limit value at step S6, it is judged whether or not the door speed is within a determined range (S10). In the case where the door speed is within the determined range, the driving motor is rotated at a rotation speed corresponding to the door speed (S11) and a step is transferred to step S8. In the case where the door speed exceeds the determined range at step S10 (S12), the driving motor is rotated at high speed (S13) and a step is transferred to step S8.
