PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To excellently maintain a function of an air conditioner by facilitating a maintenance of such as a fan for a condenser and a motor for driving the fan. SOLUTION: As a first means, the condenser 33 for air conditioning, the fan 34, the motor 35 for driving the fan and a shroud 36 are constituted so as to be capable of integral upward rotation. As a second means, the condenser 33 for air conditioning, the fan 34, the motor 35 for driving the fan and the shroud 36 are mounted on an upper part of a threshing device 4 so as to be capable of integral upward rotation. As a third means, the condenser 33 for air conditioning, the fan 34, the motor 35 for driving the fan and the shroud 36 are provided so as to be upwardly rotatable with a longitudinal direction shaft arranged at an innermost side of the threshing device 4 as a center.
