PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a rolling chipper which can uniformly cut chip raw materials to fine chips. SOLUTION: This rolling chip is provided with a rotating disk 10 and a feeder 30 for feeding the chip raw materials on one side of the front surface of the disk 10. The front surface of the disk 10 is provided with a plurality of blades 40 in implantation to a radial form. The blades 40 rotating together with the disk 10 are provided with a stationary blades near their passage routes so that the chip raw materials are inserted between this stationary blades and the blades 40 and are cut. The chip raw materials are fed by the feeder 30 toward the one side of the front surface of the rotating disk 10, by which the front ends of the chip raw materials may be struck against the front surface of the disk 10. The chip raw materials are inserted between the blades 40 on the front surface of the rotating disk 10 and the stationary blades and may be uniformly and finely cut to the chips.
