PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clamping body capable of not only clamping laundry but also clamping even a thin clothes drying tool such as a washing rope without causing slip down and movement and preventing a fulcrum from being easily detached when widening a picking part to an outer side. SOLUTION: A thin clearance capable of passing though a C annular spring is provided on a position where a distance from the fulcrum to a thin clearance terminating end near the fulcrum is roughly the radius of the C annular spring within the distance of the fulcrum and the picking part along a longitudinal direction at a clamping body main body part. A first clamping part and a second clamping part capable of clamping the laundry or the like are provided together in the same direction with a prescribed interval from the fulcrum and the first clamping part and the second clamping part are respectively provided with slip-down and movement prevention part.
