PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problem that it is difficult to utilize resources effectively since a ground body made of a resin and a screw constituting body made of a metal have been integrally molded by an insertion molding in conventional adjusters and the ground body and screw constituting body, which are components of different material, can not be easily separated from each other at the time of disposal. SOLUTION: The ground body 2 is provided with a first ground body element 5 and a second ground body element 6. With a male screw shaft 41 exposed. the head part 42 of a screw constituting body 4 is sandwiched and held between the first and second ground body elements 5 and 6. Connecting mechanisms 7 to be engaged with each other to prohibit the separation of the first and second ground body elements 5 and 6 from each other and the coming-off of the screw constituting body 4 are provided between the first and second ground body elements 5 and 6, and operating pieces (s) are opened upward so that the operation of releasing the engagement of the connecting mechanisms 7 can be performed from the outside.
